Our goal is to deliver your purchase in excellent condition as quickly as possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our designs are in stock and arrive in 7–10 business days or less. Tracking information can be found on your invoice and via emailed shipping confirmation sent to the designated AP contact on file. If an item is out stock, you will be informed during the ordering process and offered the option to place a backorder for the desired item.
Where do you deliver?
Our standard shipping rates include curbside delivery to the contiguous 48 states. If you would like to inquire about shipping to Canada, AK, HI or other international destinations, please contact us at email@example.com.
Do you provide expedited shipping?
We are able to provide expedited shipping options for some orders. For more information about expedited shipping please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I check my order status?
Order status updates are communicated via email. More information regarding the status of particular orders can be seen by logging into your account. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
Shipping rates vary depending on the size of an item. Certain smaller items qualify for free shipping, medium sized items have a $19 shipping fee and larger items start at $49.
Standard shipments are sent via small parcel carrier (UPS) or via our freight partner, depending on size. For example, a single dining chair will ship small parcel, but a sofa will be delivered curbside via our freight partner.
Our freight partner will deliver your purchase to your receiving address at a pre-scheduled time and will bring your order to the curb or loading dock. They will not unpack your order and you may be left with the shipping pallet. Please note, delivery drivers do not walk dogs, cook meals or take off their shirts.
Our partner will contact you 2–3 days in advance to schedule a delivery appointment, with a 4-hour window, Monday–Friday business hours. Evening and weekend delivery is not available at this time.

Inside delivery with assembly ($149 flat fee): available in the contiguous 48 states.
We offer white glove inside delivery with assembly for an additional fee of $129 on top of our 5% standard shipping rate. This $129 flat fee is per order, not item, so if you order 9 products all of them will be delivered inside and assembled for the $129 fee.
Our white glove delivery partners will receive your order at their warehouse and schedule a delivery time with you. Your order will ship to our white glove handlers, and your order tracking will indicate shipping their address- not your final destination. At the time of delivery, they will assemble your order, place it in your room of choice and take away all of the packaging. Please note our delivery partners will not assemble any pieces that have to be installed in or on existing structures. For example, our carriers will not install a wall-mounted unit. We recommend you hire a professional to install our wall-mounted designs. Also note wall mounting hardware is not included, as this is determined by wall type.
Inside deliveries typically take place within 10–14 business days of order. If you need your goods more quickly, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate your request.
